Established in 1996, CKS Co., Ltd. is a professional building materials system service provider focusing on integrated building waterproofing solutions. Our business scope covers engineering building materials, civil building materials, building renovation, shock and vibration isolation, plastering gypsum and photovoltaic energy.
The Group now owns 38 subsidiaries, over ten production and R&D bases, and nearly 20,000 distribution & service outlets across China. We are listed among the World’s Top 100 Listed Building Materials Enterprises.
National Layout
Up to now, CKS has built more than ten production and R&D bases across China, fully covering all major core economic belts. By deploying advanced information systems, IoT and industrial big data technologies, we have built a distributed remote operation management system for production processes and equipment. Equipped with nearly 100 world-leading domestic and foreign production lines and a full set of automated facilities, we can deliver stable, high-quality products and efficient after-sales services to customers globally.
R & D Strength
The research and development center of CKS Co., Ltd. is one of the three major research and development centers in the industry. It has more than 500 valid patents. It has successively won honors and certifications such as national key high-tech enterprises in the Torch Program, standardized laboratory of China's building waterproofing industry, and certification of intellectual property management system.

Testing Equipment
n terms of testing equipment, the research and development center is equipped with 150 kinds of instruments worth millions of dollars, such as atomic absorption spectrophotometer, gas chromatograph, VOC environmental climate chamber, and contact angle measuring instrument. In the future, high-end imported equipment such as GC-MS, HPLC, ICP, DSC, DMA, AFM, and rheometer will also be introduced.
